Expensive for what it is
Ordered a photo album, with some snaps taken for a leaving present.the album was a little bit smaller than expected.not much bigger than a mobile phone.the biggest rip off was having to pay £4.99 postage for such a small and light item.total cost was £16.99.

Great quality photo book
Just taken delivery of a lovely photo book for our family holiday to Bangkok, Thailand. Very impressed with the quality. Easy to compile and great choice of layouts and backgrounds. Liked the fact that I could start the photo book and could re-visit on several occasions until I got it right because it was saved for me in ‘my projects’. A sturdy product with thick pages - great keep-sake for the future. Thank you Truprint.

Great quality canvasses. Really happy with them!
Took some snaps of my wife in her bikini at a private pool that we hired on our wedding anniversary and Truprint made them in to canvasses. The Mrs loved them and the quality was superb. They looked great hanging on our bedroom wall! Wouldn't hesitate to use Truprint again. Good quality photographic services and products.

Wedding prints
Pros: an easy to navigate website and cheap prints.

Cons: not good quality photos- grainy and really not crisp.

Sorry to say I will be ordering my photos again elsewhere. I want my wedding photos to be superior quality for framing and Truprint just does not cut the mustard.

Lost 35mm film!
UPDATE: Film turned up in May! No explanation or apology, At least I was able to get it developed and printed. Relieved.
I sent TRUPRINT a 35mm film for developing and printing together with a cheque, in one of their envelopes as I had done twice previously last year. I noticed later that they had stopped processing 35mm film (presumably from 1 Jan 2020?). I got onto their chat line and sent emails asking for my film to be returned but kept being told repeatedly that they don't process these films anymore. I said that I understood this but could they please return my film. I never got a reply addressing my lost film issue except repeated statements about not processing these films. I finally got an email yesterday stating that they never received my film. Rightly or wrongly, I suspect that heir customer support is dealt with from overseas and that could be the reason they don't understand what the customer is asking for.
All the Christmas and other snaps are now lost. I should have gone with the professionals like BONUSPRINT!

I received a book that had 2 issues
I received a book that had 2 issues. After emailing, they told me one issue was my fault. (Ignored the other) Then said I could have a replacement.....I explained too late for replacement as was supposed to be an xmas gift.

I asked can i return for refund....the reply ....you can keep it as you have paid for it!!!! Again completely missing my point.

So now I have been refused a refund....they did offer website credit but with no time for replacement. And then informed when I want a refund I've paid for it Haha....of course I have.

When making books don't use their automated picture placer as it does not centre your pics and they will tell you that's your fault. Don't ask for a refund as they laugh and don't expect manners. Other than that I'm sure they are great!!

Avoid
Ordered 8 mugs as gifts. Expected delivery last Thursday-Saturday, contacted them multiple times to be assured I would receive them within the date range given.

Eventually turned up the following Monday - With 1 out of the 8 mugs I ordered. Awful, awful company

Order completed on the 1/12/19
Order completed on the 1/12/19. Invoice email says delivery between 5-7th December. Now the 12th still no delivery. Spoke to chat on the 7th December who was totally confused. First told me my card would be tracked when ready because of the delay (it's not a card, it is a mug) Bharadwaja Tippabathuni then told be it had been sent out for delivery.
Because my account said it was still being created I spoke to chat again on 11th December who told me it hadn't yet been done and would be sent standard delivery (last chat said she had upgraded postage) Khaja Uddin said 'I request you to please wait 2-3 days for your order to be delivered/.'
After trying to contact you on Twitter with no reply, I phoned today and spoke to John. He tells me that it has not left the premises and is still being created. He will however, upgrade the postage to tracked. (Heard that one before.) It will be sent by the end of this week - Saturday and so I can expect it Monday. (I have no faith this will happen)
Disappointed beyond words. This is a birthday gift. I ordered it in plenty of time. No apologies can make up for that.
The customer service side really has no idea the status of my order or when it will be completed and sent.

Very happy with my experience ?
Iv been ordering from Truprint now for many years ( photos printed/ blanket/ mugs/ key rings/ magnets/calendars & more)

I can honestly say that I am pleased so far with the quality & the customers service I have received.

I have had the odd problem with quality ( once with a mug & once with a calendar ) where I have had to contact customer services and both times the problem was rectified ( with the mug I requested a refund & the 2 x calendars I had a new ones sent out to me)

Every year I order 3 x calendars that I personalise (the largest ones they do) for gifts for Christmas. I have been buying the calendars for several years now with 100% satisfaction except for this year when 2 of them was printed very dark. I contacted customer service. They ask me to upload 3 pictures of the problem then they re-ordered them for me.

I have no doubt I will continue to use Truprint for many years to come.

Doubled prices with no warning
I always buy my photos in bulk so I can make up all my photos albums at once. TruPrint was a great site for this as they offered 1000+ photos at 5p each. When placing a recent order, however, I discovered that they’d done away with the bulk pricing with no warning, putting the cost of all photos up to 10p each and therefore doubling the price. This was incredibly irritating to discover after I’d spend a substantial amount of time and effort uploading and editing all the photos I wanted to print! I’ve always been happy with the quality and speed with which TruPrint did my photos but upping their prices will no warning means I won’t be using their service again.

Sadly not a good experience this time…
Sadly not a good experience this time around. Order over a week late so I chased it via the 0808 helpline. Was put on hold halfway through call and then cut off. No one called back.
I tried again but got bored waiting in a queue. Ended up emailing and finally got a long winded reply with an American twist which was slightly patronising!!! They are reprinting but with no urgency and posting on standard post despite my request for next day as it's their error.
Probably won't use again.

I asked why can I no longer allow…
I asked why can I no longer allow friends to click on a link and view the book? Truprint have lost easily 15 orders from friends whom I saw when I travelled to South Africa. In your reply to me this question was not answered...? Thanks.
